見積りの通貨、オンライン・クレジットカード払い、銀行送金払いのお取り扱い通貨は以下の通りです：日本円, ユーロ, 米ドル, シンガポールドル, 香港ドル。

校正箇所の少ない原稿に関しては10-20％引き。また、校正箇所の多い原稿に 関しては基本料金に加えて50％増しとさせていただきます。 割り引き、追加料金が生じる際は、お見積りに明確に記載されます。

安全なオンライン・クレジットカード支払い、銀行小切手、銀行送金から お選びいただけます。詳しくは お支払い方法 をご参照下さい。

文書受け取り後60日以内に料金を お支払い下さい。 例外的に多大な量の原稿に関しては頭金をお支払いいただく場合もございます。

1. 無料お見積り 営業時間内であれは、2時間以内にご返答いたします。 ニュージーランドの時間帯と同じような時間帯の国々(例　日本、中国、韓国) からのお客様は、2時間以内にお見積りのご返答いたしますが、 それ以外の時間帯の国々(例　ヨーロッパ、南アメリカ)のお客様のお見積は 夜間に届きます。料金表をご参照下さい。
2. お見積りをご確認後、承認いただければ、ご依頼お引き受けとなります。 電子メールにてご返事下さい。
3. 4－6日(休日を除く)でお客さまのお手元に、高品質の英文校正原稿を、 送信いたします(スタンダードサービス)
4. 60日以内に 料金をお支払下さい。こちらのお支払い方法よりお選び下さい。 英文校正済み納品原稿に関するご質問は、関連箇所に質問事項を記入し、ご送信下さい。2日以内(休日を除く)にお客様のご質問に お答えいたします。このサービスには、追加料金はかかりません。 お客様の疑問が解消され、英文校正済み原稿にご満足していたれば、 60日以内に料金をお支払い下さい。 Stallard Scientific Editingではお客様にご満足いただける英文校正を お約束いたします。こちらのDraft-to-Journal Guaranteeをご参照下さい。

When sending a quote request for LaTeX files, please send us the .tex version of the manuscript, the compiled PDF, and the source files.
