3. We edit your job to the highest standards and return it within 4–6 business days (standard service).

4. You then have 21 days to make your payment using one of our convenient payment methods. If you have questions concerning the edited manuscript, please use our free Ask-the-Editor Service. Simply type your questions into the relevant parts of the text and return the document to us. We will endeavour to answer your questions within 2 business days. There is no additional charge for this service. Once your questions have been satisfactorily answered, you have 21 days to make your payment.
